  • You can place an order online here. Orders close at 2 pm each day for the following day.

    You are welcome to order up to one month in advance via the website, for either in-store collection or delivery.

  • All of our cupcakes contain gluten (wheat), egg, milk, and soy. Our products may also contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.

    Our "gluten friendly" products contain milk, egg, and soy. Please note these products are made in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients and are therefore not suitable for those with coeliac disease or a severe gluten intolerance.

    If you have any allergen concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

  • We require 72 hours (three days) notice to cancel an order for a full refund. Cancellations after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • It simply means we've reached capacity for pre-orders on that day. The good news is our cabinet is always fully stocked in-store, so come in and take your pick from what's on display.

  • Yes! You can now place delivery orders directly through our website. Simply select delivery at checkout and the fee will be calculated based on your postcode.

  • Once your order has been collected, we are unable to amend or replace any items damaged after leaving our premises free of charge. Please ensure your order is checked at the time of collection.

  • If no one is available to receive your delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen items once they have been delivered.

  • We have vegan options in-store every Friday. You can also order your vegan treats for collection or delivery on Friday and Saturdays. Visit here to order your vegan treats.

    Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate those with coeliac disease or a high sensitivity to gluten, as all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten-containing ingredients. We highly recommend Oh Em G It's Gluten Free as a wonderful alternative. Find them here.

  • We do and it's a great option for larger orders or when you're short on time. Place your order online by 2 pm the day prior to collection, then on your collection day head to Cuzens Place (just behind Ryrie St). Give us a call on 5260 1817 and we'll bring your order out to you. Please note we're unable to process payment at pickup, so your order will need to be paid online in advance.

  • Baked by Us is a disability support service with a set product range designed around participant involvement. Because of this, we're not able to offer customisations.

  • Yes! We just ask for a minimum of one week's notice. Send us an email at hello@bakedbyus.com.au to enquire or place your order.
