How can I place an order?

Pre orders close at 2pm everyday for the next day.

I’m trying to order but it says
SOLD OUT/DATE UNAVAILABLE?

If a date is unavailable, this just means we have reached capacity for pre orders and are unable to take accept any more!
However our cabinet will still be fully stocked! So come on in and take your pick from what’s available in display case!

Do you deliver?

Yes - but while we wait for our new website to be built with delivery we need to take delivery orders over the phone -
give us a call to organise 5260 1817

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Perfect for larger orders or when you're in a hurry.
Just place your pre-order online by 2pm the day before
(we can’t take payment at pickup) and then on your selected collection day, head down to Cuzens Place (just behind Ryrie st) and look for the pink balloons on our fence
Then give us on 5260 1817, and we’ll run your order out to your car! Stay safe and comfy in the car and let us do the legwork!

Do you have any
GLUTEN FREE or VEGAN options?

Vegan yes! Every Friday - Vegan Fridays!!
Pre order here or vist us in-store!
Gluten free - unfortunately not.
We recommend Oh Em G its Gluten Free as a great alternative! ohemgitsglutenfree@gmail.com

Do you make any changes to packs/custom cupcakes OR cakes?

No sorry! And this is for good reason.
Baked by Us is a disability support service first, and the way we structure our services the public must compliment this.
Our kitchen leaders work very hard to provide step by step visuals, routine and structure.
Over time and with consistently our structured systems allows everyone who works at Baked by Us to work independently.
This independence is where confidence grows.
Creating a environment where this confidence can flourish is the heart of what we do.
To add in any changes/custom ordering would take away the things that make us so unique.
We don’t offer any custom designs to our cupcakes and we also don’t make cakes of any sort.

Can I order edible images?

Yes you can, however we just need at least a weeks notice -

or call the shop to arrange.
