Baked by Us is a Geelong-based, participant-driven initiative empowering people with disabilities to build confidence, connection, and real-world hospitality skills in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.

 

Every day is unique, but a typical day at Baked by Us involves:

 

Small, supported teams:

Participants work in groups of 4–5 with dedicated support, building confidence through guided, hands-on experience.

Real-world skill development:

From baking and packing, fulfilling orders, and greeting customers, participants gain practical workplace skills.

Meaningful daily outcomes:

Each day ends with completed orders, a tidy kitchen, and a sense of achievement.
