Our approach is to support individuals for the time that they need, whether that be for a shorter-term or that bit longer. Average time spend here is between 1-1.5 years before moving on.
We also keep out groups small, of young people at similar ages and interests. Doing this is what we contribute to the success of program. Creating an environment that allows participants to feel comfortable and confident, fostering personal growth and connection Making meaningful connections, that for a lot of past partipants have lasted well beyond their time here and continued on outside of Baked by Us.

At Baked by Us we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential that’s right for them as a individual. We not just put in another typical day program. We want to help our participants get to the next step, whatever that may be.

To request a application that can be filled out online, or if you require assistance completing the form submit your details on the form provided.
Once your application is received, our team will contact your support coordinator or nominated person to assess if there is adequate funding to be used here to participate in the program.
If funding is available, we will invite you to meet with Jess, our founder, and Ren, our service manager. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals and needs, and determine if Baked by Us is the right fit for you. If we all agree that the program is a good fit, you will have the opportunity to participate in a trial period to make sure it is a comfortable and suitable environment. Lastly if the trial period goes well, we willlook forward to welcoming you as a valued participant in our supportive community.
